Google's "AI" is a glorified Alexa.
This dude is considered intelligent based on his ability to work with computers but thinks a reply selected from a database is the same as a synaptic connection, so I guess he's right about there needing to be a more stringent definition that prevents us from mislabeling things as intelligent.
