Truly shocking to read the number of people in the comments that would willingly give up what little freedom remains for a "safer" world. Corruption and greed are the usual root cause of crime and this will not disappear because of facial recognition - it will only become hidden as the corrupt and greedy will control the cameras. Be very careful what you wish for or you will wake up in a world where you wont be able to buy a chocolate bar because your bank app has blocked the payment - because your health app says you've had too much sugar this week....and on and on....Humans need to rediscover their individual majesty and not rely on their "owners" creating a "reality" for them - your all amazing and you dont need a smartphone to tell you that.
