I’m terrified of AI generated art because it feels pretty unethical to use such a thing in place of actual human artists. When AI can be used to help a human artist improve his/her own work, then I believe it’s a useful tool. But when it’s used for generating images from scratch using assets plagiarized from other artists, then it becomes a problem. It’s one reason I believe there should be regulations on the use of AI for commercial applications.
