coding will be only 20-30% in IT. customer relationship, service and consultancy, complaint action and lot of things are there, if AI made mistake any of this process then there will be huge money and time loss. without data, AI is zero and data shouldn't be messy . data should to be more recent and updated, if any fake or irrelevant data also problem. They are creating a scenario that for the sake of AI , they can reduce the salary of employee and charge more on clinet .
