The real problem is that AI is begining to be used as a teaching tool for schools etc. For example, at work - electromaintanence - we had some freshmen who just graduated. They knew nothing of course, no one knows exactly everything. But the real problem was that whenever they were asked a question about some electrical facts they said they don't know and instantly started looking at chatgpt. And it was wrong on so many places. When I asked what did they learn in school they said they don't remember, they just took the books, took some pics and let AI to make a summary.
