The only bubble is the hype bubble. The AI industry is currently at the crux of the 80/20 rule. It expended ~20% of the effort needed to achieve 80% of its goals. 80% of the effort remains to achieve the final 20%. IA will get there eventually, but there is a lot of work and new discoveries remaining to be done.
