Why not do this because they have already gotten away with it and no one country has banned those vaccines or fined the corporations responsible for releasing it. According to Biggs this is already being developed in a laboratory now for release end of 2026 in a lab which I think will be in Europe. According to him it will collapse the Euro and then the US dollar. So your invention is already causing human harm and no, the banks will fail because there won't be enough humans alive to keep the economy going.
