Ai genarated images will never replace real people, When it gets it right its to good and invokes uncany valley vibes, but most of the time it looks good intill you really look at it and its just full of fails.
I think it might be a tool to help real artists and designers, playing around with ideas before making something real or to genarate fast basic conseps in a briefing
