Already the 2nd or 3rd time since the story aired that I've seen people misquote and skew the details of it. These "malicious" AI were part of a trial to see how far AI would go to prevent itself from being deactivated/powered off. Of the 100 or more AI models they used, a small percentage resorted to such behaviors as malicious emails or blackmail behavior. It was a controlled environment and a test that can be described as rudimentary at best. You're awful for twisting it to fit your fear mongering narrative
