All great suggestions, however IMO, greed will prevail unless we the people take back our country from these obscenely wealthy capitalists by whatever means necessary. Survival instincts will take over and no wealthy person will be immune from the wrath of the American worker. I predict oppressed Republicans will join forces with oppressed Democrats and fight together to restore Democracy, fairness and compassion.
