It has to be made legally clear that AI art can not be copyrighted. Copyright is the lifetime of the artist plus 70 years. AI is not alive therefore it has no lifetime. Therefore, AI art can not be copyrighted. Commercial enterprises will never use AI art then because they can not own the copyright to AI art because there is no copyright.
