"Sometimes entire paragraphs, near verbatim". Ie "Couldn't reproduce a single paragraph". Google image search has been serving up copyrighted material without permission and selling ads for decades, and nobody has a problem with it to this day. Trying to use the same logic against AI is just luddites smashing the scary machines.
