Luddites have always bemoaned the miss opportunities of not having the exact same experience as them. Technology doesn't atrophy people's brains. People let their brains rot by choosing easy ways out. If someone uses AI to solve harder problems then it'll use the great power of their brain. If they use AI to avoid solving problems, then what will happen when people use technology to avoid learning always happens, they'll lose their ability to learn effectively.
