i mean if it doesn’t know names, locations and other details, knowing the story itself doesn’t sound like a problem. I've personally found ChatGPT very helpful in it's emotional advices and the way it can trace and name different psychological patterns that i didn't know about.
The key is to be aware of it's limitations and not to trust blindly. Also, turn off 'train other models with your data' option, it may still be stealing the data but idk.
