This is cool. So it's funny. AI "art" made me want to learn how to draw. I was generating characters and I was like...man I feel so unsatisfied. I want to learn the hard way how to do this and while I have a long way to go it's a great feeling when I see progress. I think AI is great as reference material to Inspire you to learn how to create yourself.
Or if you have a certain animated scene or character in mind and then give that as a reference to a human artist to redesign and make it more authentic then that's a good use of AI I think. I used to defend AI "art" but the more and more I learn myself the more I start to understand. It's a tool (kinda) but if you use it as inspiration...not a replacement. Be inspired and learn yourself and do the work. It's Soooo much more rewarding than just typing a prompt and then it's done. It's not a nice feeling.
