Some of the issues they have are with Capitalism. AI and automation doesn't take jobs. Employers fire people from their jobs. If employees actually had a say in the company, the increased productivity would benefit them not hinder them. Why fire someone when you could reduce their work hours with the same pay? It's because profits come first and kicking them out makes more money.
