We actually do have a term for what the AI wants to fill the page with.... "Word Shapes" .... if you remember with the older image generation models, it would make text, but the text would be gibberish. It wouldn't look like gibberish unless you looked closely at it. Those are word shapes. The newer models are getting better at creating word shapes that resemble real words, but they aren't real words; they are word shapes. That's why it makes up case law.
