Um so about all this - OpenAI basically patched this bug out a couple of weeks ago now. Meaning, properly used it should be able to now refer to real case law.
In like the time for this story to do the rounds, they patched it. It learned.
Yeah isn't that scary - it could probably do solid legal briefs now - and it's probably happening already.
