A lot of these arguments though are not considering the AI race against China, Russia, and North Korea.. that have zero regulations on hackers and AI creation.. which means that if we don't supercharge and keep up or stay ahead and instead over-regulate the AI under-wraps.. then we will get dominated and taken over quite easily by these countries.
Literary the average person does not realize how many thousands of times more intelligent the AI we do have under wraps is, than a chat gpt prompt model..
