The word AI is so abused without anyone understanding the concept and its application is appalling. Real AI is a combination of CS engg + statistics + data scientist + engineering mind put together and all these guys talk about is generative ai that is just really advanced search engine that can summarise the existing data, way better than google. Thats why nobody outside the 7 tech giants are really benefiting from it.
