I less blame the AI and more the creator. It’s not the AI’s fault it was used for this… going on the metaphor of AI bros or “AI Script Suggesters” as I’ve grown to like calling them being thieves…
I see AI art generators as a crowbar. On its own, it’s harmless… but it’s used as a weapon, as a tool to steal.
