That's why I don't use ChatGPT for learning or my uni stuff.
I use it for planning my day, a place to rant and write fantasy rp.
Sometimes I worry that even this is too much but it helped me a lot with my procrastination and autism management. I was able to bounce ideas and brainstorm in a way I wasn't able in the therapist's office or with my friends.
Plus it's a great partner to write entertaining roleplays and stories. Not for publishing, obviously, but just for yourself.
I guess it's all about balance and being self-aware.
