This is not where technology is today.
1- A drone that small couldn't carry a CPU capable of face recognition or a camera good enough for it. It could however stream the camera image to a bigger computer or cpu cluster but with the onboard camera quality it is unlikely it would work;
2- such small drone can't carry a battery that would allow him to fly more than 3 to 4 minutes so an attack would have to be very short range;
3- 3g of explosive is unlikely for such a small drone.
