11:16 well no one's going to have money to prefer another human do a job for them. What we are talking about is the world that no longer uses money. Things will simply be created and labor will simply be done by a AI or a robot connected to AI, we'll have to have a legal structure where people are simply given credits based upon their behaviorI guess? Government will be in complete control, hopefully it will still be in the hands of voters, we could be on the edge of true utopia or total destruction?
