I own a Tesla and I won't rely on Autopilot... especially at night. God help it on a foggy day when it's raining at night. The issue here is of course the human. The human was behind the wheel in these crashes and should be doing something, like tapping the brake disengaging autopilot and taking control. The human and the Autopilot failed, and here is the problem. The human comes to rely on the AI and that is a big mistake.
