AI is replacing jobs that are redundant, repetitive, or primarily rule-based.
But the full reality is more nuanced: AI tends to replace tasks, not entire jobs, unless the job is almost entirely repetitive.
This enhances productivity in other areas. 10 years ago we were already doing this but using various software and tools to automate and streamline. Now we have AI 🤖. I love it. Prior to automation and streamlining, as a junior analyst I hand wrote these low level credit deals. I HATED IT and always fell behind. Adjust and you’ll be fine.
