Companies should have to pay the full lifetime salary of anyone they replace with automation. This cost can be rolled in and costs no more capitol then buying the machine in the first place. The costs of human support are relatively low in the long term. After the employee retires the company is free to remove that position from the payroll. This doesn't have to apply to small companies, but amazon, wallmart, target, etc all can afford do pay. This is a realistic solution. Tell a friend.
