I think they see the problem with the fact that at first AI seemed pretty cool but now for the majority of people not being able to tell what's real and what's not is not only a psychological problem for people but if you get to the point where you don't know what's real and what's fake or AI then that in itself actually becomes a massive problem for society. I find myself saying hey that's pretty cool sometimes but then other times I'm pretty angry that I wasn't able to figure out that a video that I just watched was not real or now I spend a lot of my time really trying to analyze videos to see whether they're authentic or not I just want to go back to seeing content for its purpose and not have to develop this ninth sense to determine what's real and what's not anymore. Honestly the best advice I have for YouTube is just to put a meter on their videos 0 to 100% and it just basically tells how much of the video what percentage of the video is AI content and what's not that way people will know whether to believe it or whether this is just for entertainment purposes and from a political standpoint this is just common sense as I can't imagine how future elections are going to be swayed due to AI content that's fake or with one narrative in mind.
