For the "It's inevitable" argument Doodley made a video that made a good point: They said the same thing about Motion Capture. Everyone was pushing MoCap as the next big thing that would revolutionize the industry and everyone started using it in all their movies and it was really, really bad. And where is it now? It still gets use but it's nowhere near the level everyone was saying it would be. AI is just the new MoCap, lotta people making a lot of promises it has no ability to keep.
