So AI can generate masses of information. BUT it's information which already exists or thoughts / theories of humans. Surely the threat comes when AI can generate its own thoughts, rather than compiling what already exists. When that becomes the norm....that's when we're really in trouble. Creative AI = the collapse of academia and academic research? Surely TikTok and Instagram have a part to play in this by reducing our attention span. These companies are making us dumb so we don't realise as their AI takes over. If we all go analog we could rebel lol
