As a society, no matter how skilled we are, we ultimately need to earn money to make a living. To be clear, AI doesn’t do this on its own, But the people who are supposed to pay or hire us invest huge amounts of money to make them competitive, and that creates an unfair advantage. Even if someone is the most qualified professional in the world, AI can still end up taking their work. So, Even discussions about limiting AI use don’t help much, because there will always be people willing to spend money to use it in ways that make things even more unfair.
