So much for the adage, "guns don't kill people, people kill people." Listen, no matter what agreements are put into place there is always a country or group who will violate norms. We are kidding ourselves to believe otherwise. The sad part of this story is there is nothing anyone can do in preventing the development and use of autonomous weapons.
