This is very sad to me. Right now, a handful of companies, OpenAI, Google Deepmind, Anthropic, Meta, xAI are racing each other to build a machine smarter than every person on this planet combined. They know the risks. Their own researchers told them. Their own safety teams tell them. And they keep going. Because the race is more important to them than your life.
