What BS, this is propaganda by someone with an ulterior motive, humans drive cars without LIDAR we only require vision and a brain, the same is true for AI. How do I know this I use it every day to have my CyberTruck drive me everywhere, and on some days like yesterday that included windy mountain passes, traffic zones, multi freeways. FSD is currently safer than the majority of humans right now, especially when the best of humans get tired, distracted, or especially if impaired.  Can you trick FSD into mistakes? Of course but you can also trick even the best of human drivers into mistakes far easier for example the insurance scammers who brake check the unwary.
