As someone who goes to university for studio art, AI got extremely popular while I was finishing my degree, and as I begin looking for a career, I am fearful that there is going to be nothing for artists soon. people can just generate images and "win" competitions with AI now. However, putting a human behind the brush, pencil, etc adds a charm that can't be recreated by a computer.
