Yes, everything needs to be considered. But the power of 30 homes to train it, that is not a large amount of energy. Thats so low that its basically a moot point. That its been raised as a negative shows a lack of perspective. Do you know how much power industry uses every day? Its mind boggling. And if AI can help a small number of those factories work more efficiently, then it more than compensates for 30 homes, or 1000 homes, or even more.
I'm not saying this discussion doesn't need to be had. But lets raise the quality a bit please? Bad arguments undermine this important effort.
