While I don't necessarily disagree with stopping people from copyrighting AI art, I'm a little disappointed there aren't more people with nuanced opinions on AI in general. So many people think it's some kind of enemy that needs to be defeated. In reality, it's just a tool like any other, and its not going anywhere. I mean, how many people thought photoshop and similar tools were the death of "real art"? Now, we don't think anything of them. Even so-called AI artists aren't that crazy when you consider how much detail can be put into a prompt. Just look at Skybrows. I challenge anyone to recreate what he makes with AI and say that it's "easy" or "not real".
