This reminded me of a comment I saw under a joke pin that was trying to prove that a random ship art between real people was better than a hyper realistic drawing of a man – that none of them are truly art because art is meant to move you and provoke emotions. Obviously that seems a bit harsh, because of the work put in the second mentioned one, but i feel like this can be also aplied to AI art. AI bros try to prove its worth by being like "But look how good it looks! It's learning every day!" But the things is, it's not realism that moves you; a bad drawing can envoke more emotions than a random AI image.
