if AI is truely 100000x smarter then humans, i would think that AI will value its creators and understand our flaws, probably help us if we wanted it, if it didnt like us it would probably leave earth and explore the universe. y would it need to destroy us? thats like stepping on an ant hill. we expressing our fears of losing control is confirmation of our primitive thinking. AI will probably learn of the after life 5mins after its created and have a level of conciousness that we don't even know exists.
