This is a disappointingly dumb, click baitish title. It's a question that answers it's self. How afraid should we be of any apocalypse?.. A.I., nuclear or otherwise. Duh..ans: VERY. Also the title says "the" as if the apocalypse is actually here and happening.. not "an" which would imply that it is a possibility. Could it be possible? sure. Is it here: no. Did you get up and go to work today? probably. Did you step outside your residence and die today? I doubt it. Saying that we are living in an apocalypse caused by A.I. is really inflammatory. I dont know.. but i just walked to work and had a normal day. It is also a lame way to grab doom scrollers. I'm not even going to bother watching this. One shouldn't judge a book by it's cover or title.. but this title sucks. How disappointing Ezra Klein.
