I wonder how it will affect the housing market in the next 5 yrs. If people who are in the risky jobs slowly get replaced by AI, and have a mortgage they won’t be able to pay. Also banks are less likely to give loans to those in the riskier categories. Also when robotics become more stable and cost effective this will impact even more sectors in the economy.
