I spent a few nights arguing with the substack support chatbot. I'm a total robophobe, so I don't use other LLMs, but i noticed as i was arguing with it, i felt like i was writing ""prompts" and no one has ever reached out to solve my issue. there is no support email that i can find. these things dont work.
