I think LavenderTowne put it best with the comparison of how it looks.
While there are differences in how it looks to draw, undo/erase, and other certain actions between a digital ad physical drawing, it's largely the same actions from the artist whether digital or physical.
Compared to ai image generation where it looks more like searching an image online, except it isn't just that, it's also art theft
