I don't really buy your counter argument for "inspired art" if you hadn't seen your home then you would not have drawn the orange hills so in a way you were "trained" to draw them too and in fact your whole life you are being "trained" with new data because everyday you see something that may or may not be included in your future piece of art.
To be clear, I hate AI art and I do think that there is something special (that I can't quite explain) when the art was created by a human but I have yet to find a good argument against the "inspired AI vs inspired human"
