The intention is 2 fold. 1) find a way to convince the board for these companies to spend as much of their cash on hand before the dollar loses value and pray that someone discovers a new way to train AI. 2) build data centers and monopolize all computer chip production so that all computing has to be done through their data centers for a subscription fee, or per gigabyte of data processed fee.
AI isn't going to make any viable product that has any potential legal liability, because it can not be consistent in its application. At least until a new base design for AI comes about.
