I'm a Minecraft Artist, I do Minecraft Concept art sometimes for fun, I got contacted by someone to make assets for their Minecraft Mod, I agreed but after a while, I thought about it and actually left the project, since we didn't have anything clear given to us, no money, just "Make stuff for me and I'll program it into a Mod.", I will be trying to work with another Minecraft Modder called Belgie, because atleast he can give a shout out to me and other people who work on the assets for his mods and such.
And as for AI, I have a quote that everyone seems to agree with: "Using AI "Art" is the Equivalent of Using a Car in a Marathon and then getting angry that nobody is Impressed.", so for all young Artists, make sure you do not participate in random stuff that people come to you with. You don't know them, They don't know you probably, and it's safer. Hence why I want to do some stuff for Belgie because I've chatted with him, he's awesome, I observe his content, and wish me luck in getting into the Dev Team.
