You are incorrect ⛔️❌️🙅♂️ about current LLMs like O1 preview getting the most likely outcome of code given the text you have inputted.
LLMs like o1 preview from OpenAI generate the code that was reinforced with human feedback and that was more likely given a chain of thought that increased the likelihood of grabbing the code that generated a functional response to the prompt.
