There are ai curators that do what is shown in the video and there are ACTUAL ai artist that painstakingly write,rewrite, test and adapt the code to these awesome *tools*. Really the barrier to entry is how involved you are in making it a reality and not claiming such involvement when you are simply a good curator/collector.
Coding these ai to output this stuff is supper cool, stealing or trying to call most of the stuff it spits out as high art is dubious.
If anyone else gets confused I am talking about the programmers, think like Vedal who made the ai VTuber.
