If there was no law enforcement then Hoan would not have had any way to argue for this technology. He mentioned law enforcement so many times. Maybe there is a company already scrapping DNA from different objects, streets, and profiling people. Privacy is based on the option not being easily profiled from public data, in the same way health insurance - solidarity - is based on the fact that the insurance companies can not easily profile clients based on the medical records. We the people are part of the society that is working on these conditions and these conditions with the solutions like clearview are now challenged as never before.
