They don’t ramble on for lengthy periods with impeccable grammar. Their sentences are short, to the point, with occasional pauses for thought. Sometimes they re-phrase things. Even if the content is true or interesting, instinctively our minds reject it because we sense that we are being duped. This is true even for content that does not involve known personalities.
